1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Balmae Care website and services. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these terms, subject to your rights under applicable South African law. [other policies will be hyperlinked here as well]

2. Consumer Protection (CPA Notice)
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
Under the CPA, customers are entitled to goods that are:
• of good quality
• in good working order
• free from defects
• reasonably suitable for their intended purpose

3. Products & Intended Use
All products are for personal use only.
Products must be used strictly in accordance with instructions.
Balmae Care shall not be responsible for damage or adverse outcomes arising from misuse, overuse, or use contrary to the provided instructions.

4. Skin Compatibility Disclaimer
Due to individual skin differences, Balmae Care does not guarantee product suitability for all users. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and performing patch tests.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Balmae Care shall not be liable for: Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Loss resulting from misuse of products Adverse reactions where patch testing was not performed

6. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. An order is confirmed once payment is received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued

7. Pricing & Errors
Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the customer

8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, product formulations, and materials remain the intellectual property of Balmae Care.

9. Government Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
